What happens after I submit my request?
Once we receive your request, one of our advisors will send you your contract documents.
After you return the signed contract:
- we take care of all administrative steps
- we contact the network operator
- we arrange your switch, taking into account the legal 21-day notice period
If you are switching providers, we will also handle the cancellation of your current contract.
Your electricity supply remains guaranteed throughout the entire switching process, with no interruption, and your electricity meter remains unchanged.
