In accordance with article 49 of the law of 1st August 2007 related to the organisation of the natural gas market, any person undertaking work likely to damage gas works must make an enquiry on the route of the gas pipes that pass through the site of the construction work. This needs to be done at least 15 days prior to the start of the work.
