From 1 August 2026, new support measures introduced under the Government's Resilience Package (Resilienzpak), adopted as part of the Tripartite Agreement of 8 June 2026, will come into effect. These measures are designed to reduce the impact of energy costs on households and help protect purchasing power.
To ensure that our customers can benefit from these measures without any additional administrative steps, SUDenergie will automatically apply the subsidies to monthly advance payments and bills from August onwards.
For natural gas:
A subsidy of €0.1389 excluding VAT per Nm³, equivalent to €0.15 including VAT per Nm³, will be granted to customers with a gas meter whose maximum flow rate is below 65 m³/h (G4 to G40 meters).
The amount granted will be shown on bills under the heading “contribution étatique” (State contribution).

For electricity:
Customers in Category A of the compensation mechanism (annual consumption below 25,000 kWh) will benefit from a subsidy of €0.04 per kWh including VAT, equivalent to €0.0371 per kWh excluding VAT.
This support will be granted in the form of a negative contribution to the compensation mechanism and will be reflected accordingly on customers' bills.
